Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Pioneer Group Trading does with the information you send us. If you contact us about a bulk order, you are handing over your name, your company, and the details of what you want to buy. This page sets out where that goes, who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
Who we are and what this policy covers
Pioneer Group Trading is a bulk-only B2B sourcing company with an office in Yiwu, China. We work with importers buying wholesale from Chinese suppliers, and our minimum order value is US$5,000.
This policy applies to pioneergptrading.com and to the enquiries you send us through the site, by email, or through the messaging channels listed on our contact page. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we pass it to, and how to reach us if you want it corrected or removed.
It does not cover anyone else. Suppliers, factories, carriers, and any third-party site you reach from here run their own policies, and we have no control over them. By sending us an enquiry, you agree to the practices described on this page.
Information we collect
There are two kinds of information on this site: what you choose to give us, and what your browser sends automatically on every visit.
What you send us. When you fill in a form, email us, or message us, you decide what to share. In practice that is usually:
What your browser sends. Separately, our web server and analytics tools record technical data on every visit:
We do not ask for card numbers, bank login details, passport scans, or any other sensitive document through this website, and you should not send them here. When an order reaches the stage where paperwork is genuinely needed, we handle that with you directly on an agreed channel.
How we use your information
We use what you send us for a short and specific list of purposes.
That is the whole list. We do not use your enquiry to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your agreement. If you do subscribe to updates, every message carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing has no effect on an order already running.
Cookies and website analytics
This site uses cookies, which are small files your browser stores. Some are needed for pages to load and display correctly. Others help us count visits and understand which pages people actually read.
You control them, not us. Every major browser lets you block cookies, delete the ones already stored, or ask to be warned before a new one is set. The setting is usually under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking cookies will not lock you out of this site. A few things may simply load less smoothly.
We do not use cookies to follow you around unrelated websites.
When we share information, and when we do not
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, and we do not trade it for advertising.
We do share the minimum necessary with the partners who help complete your order.
Each of them gets what the task requires and nothing beyond it. Our website host and email service also process data in the course of running those systems, on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We may disclose information where the law we operate under requires it, or where a lawful request from a competent authority obliges us to.
Where your data sits, how it is protected, and how long we keep it
Pioneer Group Trading operates from Yiwu, China. Your enquiry is therefore received and processed in China, and by our service providers wherever their systems are located. If you contact us from outside China, your information crosses a border as part of that.
This website runs over an encrypted connection, and enquiry data is shared inside Pioneer Group only where the work requires it. No transmission over the internet is completely secure. What we can commit to is collecting less, restricting who sees it, and acting quickly if something goes wrong.
We keep enquiry and order records for as long as we have an active or reasonably expected business relationship with you, and after that for the period our accounting and export obligations require. Once a record is needed for neither reason, we delete it.
Links to other websites
This site links outward: to WhatsApp, to our social profiles, and occasionally to supplier or logistics resources referenced in articles on our blog. The moment you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site, under someone else’s policy. We do not control what they collect and we are not responsible for it. Read their privacy policy before you enter anything personal there.
Your choices about your data
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request from the email address you originally wrote to, so we can be reasonably confident it is you, and tell us what you want changed. We aim to answer privacy requests as quickly as we answer commercial ones, within 2 hours during business hours in China, and to act on the request itself as soon as we reasonably can.
One caveat: deleting your data may end our ability to continue an order that depends on it. We will tell you if that is the case before we act, so the decision stays with you. A few records, such as export and accounting documents, we are legally required to retain even after a deletion request.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change, when we add a service, or when the law we work under changes. The revised version is posted on this page with a new date at the top, and it takes effect the day it appears. We do not send email notices about it, so if this matters to you, check the date here from time to time. This version was last updated on 20 July 2026.
Contact us about privacy
Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold on you, go to the same team that handles enquiries.
Use the form on our contact page and write “Privacy” in the subject line, or reach us on any of the messaging channels listed there.
If you would rather understand how we work before you send us anything at all, our Yiwu sourcing agent page explains the process, and the about page explains who you would be dealing with.
